i-resilience is a personality based personal resilience profile developed by Robertson Cooper. It uses the Five Factor Model of personality which has stronger validity evidence supporting it than most other personality approaches used in a work related context.

i-resilience provides a profile around four core personality related components of resilience: Confidence; Social Support; Adaptability; Purposefulness and then connects these to dealing with pressures in the work context.
